General Guild Rules

Raiding Code of Conduct

Always maintain your composure while raiding.
Bring any issues and complaints to the Raid leader.

Educate yourself on all the fights before you decide to join a raid.

Continuously review your performance and seek to improve your performance during Raids.

Focus on the raid, avoid bringing up any non-raid related subjects that require discussion and decisions.

We utilize addons to check for consumables, buffs, and to report DPS or healing performance.
Please be aware that we may be streaming or recording while we Raid.

If your raid performance is poor avoid signing up for any further raids until you improved your item level and performance and mechanics
understanding.

Any Raid we haven't completely cleared yet is a progression raid. You can bring alts on these raids on the bosses we have on famr. But not on the last few bosses that we dont have on farm yet. We are a guild seeking to do all raids up to and including mythic raiding which requires the best you can bring.

Raid Rules

1. Be in Discord when we raid.
2. Come to raids with all of your gear enchanted, and  bring raid consumables which you can get from the Guild Bank.
3. Listen to the Raid Leader who will be in charge of leading the raid.
4. You can only become a Raider by completing a Normal difficulty raid with the guild.
5. You can only become a Heroic Raider after talking to the Raid Leader.
6. You can only become a  Mythic Raider after talking to the Raid Leader
When loot drops, need if you need it, greed or pass if you don't.

Always roll greed on any BOE equipment that drops - not need.

When you've received a piece of loot, please consider skipping other need rolls so that others can get a piece of loot as well.
